Ingredients:
Boiled chicken liver 300g
Eggs 4pcs
Carrots 2pcs
Onion 1pc
Pickled cucumber 3pcs
Mayonnaise 300g
Salt and black pepper to taste
Necessarily!!! Before preparing the salad, the liver must be washed, fat, greenish spots, and even more so the gallbladder, must be removed. Otherwise, the dish will taste bitter. Then boil in water for 10-15 minutes from the moment the water boils, and add salt 2-3 minutes before cooking, the liver will remain soft.
Cut the liver into small pieces, and you can also grate on a coarse grater.
Onions go well with liver in salad. Gives juiciness, aroma and sweetish taste. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
- The salad can be laid out in layers or mixed all the ingredients, seasoned with mayonnaise. I like layers more, I suggest doing this:
Put the liver on the bottom of the plate, and then immediately fried onions, sprinkle with ground black pepper to your liking, salt, make a net of mayonnaise.
Pickled (canned) cucumber will add a slight sourness to the salad and juiciness. Cut it into strips and place on the liver and onion.
Boiled chicken eggs will add a delicate flavor to the salad. Finely chop the eggs and lay the next layer on top of the cucumber. Make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Lightly toasted carrots will give the salad not only aroma, but also a special taste. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or on a Korean carrot grater. Saute for 1-2 minutes in vegetable oil.
Put carrots on a layer of eggs, make a net of mayonnaise. The last layer of salad is chicken liver and mayonnaise.
