Chinese cabbage salad with French dressing is a delicious, gourmet and festive salad. The dressing goes well with all the ingredients and gives the salad a unique taste.

Ingredients for French Dressing:
Olive oil or vegetable 6st. l
Dijon mustard 2 tsp
Honey or sugar 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tooth
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar, close the lid, shake (you can also mix all the ingredients in another container).
Ingredients for the salad:
Peking cabbage 700g
Boiled shrimps 400g
Hard cheese 180g
Flour 100g
Eggs 2pcs
Breadcrumbs 100g
Vegetable oil 200g
Butter 30g
Remove the hard part from the Chinese cabbage, cut into pieces.
Freshly frozen boiled shrimps or freshly boiled lightly fry in butter, salt to taste.
Cut the hard cheese into 1 x 1 cm cubes, roll in flour, dip in egg and bread crumbs.
Send to the freezer for 15 minutes (cheese will not run out when frying).
Before serving, deep-fry the cubes in vegetable oil until golden brown, spread on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Combine cabbage, shrimps, cheese cubes in a salad bowl, season with dressing, stir.
Serve the salad in a shared salad bowl or in portions.
