LATTE at home without a coffee machine is a reality.

For the result to please with excellent taste and a pleasant appearance, follow a few simple rules while preparing the perfect coffee drink.

Ingredients:

Milk with fat content from 3.2% - 200ml
Instant coffee 1 tsp (2g)
Boiled water 50ml
Cinnamon, grated chocolate to taste.

1. Do not bring the milk to a boil, otherwise the taste of the drink will change and the milk foam will not work when whipping.

Pour milk into a saucepan, put on fire, heat to 60 degrees. 2-3 minutes will pass and a milky film appears, as well as a pleasant milky aroma, remove from heat.

2. Whisk the milk into a froth with a blender or French press. Beating takes 2-3 minutes.

3. Pour the frothed milk into a glass; it should flake off. After finishing the instant coffee, you get THREE layers: milk, coffee and frothed milk are the trademarks of the drink.

4. Prepare instant coffee without sugar while the milk is flaking.

5. Then pour the coffee into the milk in a thin trickle and decorate with milk foam.

6. The aromatic drink is ready. Add sugar to taste, sprinkle with grated chocolate or cinnamon on top.

Remember that good presentation is an important ingredient for success. It is customary to drink LATTE from a tall glass goblet with a thick short stem, ordinary or with a handle.
