Pork ribs baked in the oven in sauce are so tender, aromatic and juicy that you just lick your fingers, tastier than any barbecue.

For cooking, take 1.5-2 kg pork ribs.

You can also use the flesh of the shoulder blade, back, or loin.
You can marinate and bake meat in such a sauce as a whole piece in a foil or a baking sleeve, the meat will remain juicy.

But I still recommend taking pork ribs, meat on the bone is much tastier and juicier.

Prepare the sauce for marinating meat by mixing all the ingredients:

Ketchup for barbecue or homemade 130g
Baby puree 90g
Soy sauce 5 tbsp
Sugar 1-2 tbsp
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 0.5 tsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Lemon juice 3 tbsp

Pour the sauce over the ribs and stir, send to marinate for at least 30 minutes, the longer you marinate, the tastier it will turn out, you can even overnight.

Put the pork ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Remove the meat from the oven, pour over the juice that has separated out and send the temperature back into the oven, increasing to 220 degrees, without covering it with foil for 30-40 minutes.
