Recipe French meat with mushrooms and sour cream

INGREDIENTS:

● Pork meat (steak) - 600 g
● Mushrooms - 400 g
● Onions - 2 pcs.
● Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
● Sour cream (20%) - 1 stack.
● Cheese - 200 g
● Eggs - 1 pc.
● Salt - to taste
● pepper - to taste

PREPARATION:

1. The meat cut into 1 cm thick steaks, recapture a hammer, salt and pepper.

2. Mushrooms cut into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil until soft and liquid evaporation.

3. Onions cut into half rings and, separately fry in vegetable oil until golden, season to taste.

4. In a baking dish put meat on top - onions, and mushrooms.

5. To fill the mix sour cream and half grated cheese, egg, salt and pepper.

6. Put the mass on top of the bow. Cover with foil form and put into the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.

Remove foil top with remaining grated cheese and bake without foil at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
