Delicious, appetizing boats - my whole family just adores them! They are very simple and quick to prepare, and eaten even faster. I share my recipe, I'm sure you will like these boats too and will delight your family.
Ingredients:
puff pastry
meat
potatoes
onion
pickled or pickled cucumbers
cheese
eggs
butter
salt / spices
Preparation:
We need 500 grams of puff pastry (2 layers). I take yeast-free, but in principle you can use yeast. While the dough is thawing, prepare the filling.
In general, the filling can be absolutely any to your taste. I will tell you what kind of filling I make - it turns out very tasty and satisfying.
So, for the filling, cook 3-4 potatoes until cooked, knead until mashed with a small piece of butter. Salt to taste.
Fry 300 g of any meat with onions until tender, add salt and pepper. Finely chop 1-2 small pickled or pickled cucumbers.
Now roll out the dough and cut into squares. I usually get 12 pieces. We make boats out of dough.
Put mashed potatoes in each "boat", then fried meat with onions and pickled cucumbers on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese, grease the boats themselves with an egg and send them to the oven.
The boats are cooked at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Delicious hot, so serve immediately. Bon appetit, friends!
