A cool combination for a festive table - red fish, cheese and some mayonnaise! Today we are preparing the snack that is eaten first! Well, it is very tasty, and even beautiful!
Ingredients
- 100 gr red fish (salted)
- 4-5 slices black bread
- 200 gr cheese
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 gr walnut
- dill
- to taste salt, black pepper
How to cook
Salted a red fish especially for this snack. The recipe is simple - salt, sugar, black pepper and a little brandy.
Cut off the crusts of the bread and cut each piece into four parts.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and black pepper. Mix well and form cheese balls (the size of a walnut).
Roll half of the balls (breaded) in chopped nuts, and half in finely chopped dill. We try to cut the fish into thin plastics and wrap them in roses.
We collect the appetizer, in the base a slice of black bread, then a cheese ball. And from above we fix a rose of fish with a skewer.
