Ingredients

- 50 gr odorless sunflower oil
- 100 g of orange juice
- 1 tsp lemon or orange zest
- 11 pcs almonds for decoration
How to cook
Mix whole almonds with sugar and grind in a coffee grinder or blender🌪
Mix with flour sifted through a sieve.
Rub the zest from the orange into a separate bowl, squeeze the juice (it took me 2 small oranges🍊🍊) and add soda, then a miracle happens происходитshshshshh🧙🏻♀️
Next, add the sunflower oil.
Then we begin to connect the two masses.
The dough turns out like a shortbread.
We form small balls and press with a palm.
We put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Put almonds on top😋
Preheat the oven to 180 C (356F) and bake for 15 minutes.
The smell from baking is just a bomb🔥
Then we take it out, let it cool and you can enjoy it.
But I put them away at night and enjoy the morning.
