A dietary version of Adjarian khachapuri. The dough is not used with yeast (as in the classic recipe), but curd.
It turns out interesting, I advise you to try.
Ingredients
- Dough (for 2 pieces):
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of cottage cheese in a briquette
- 50 grams of flour (I have rice)
- salt to taste
- Filling:
- 20 grams of cottage cheese in a briquette
- 50 grams of cheese (I have suluguni)
- 2 eggs
- to taste salt, spices and fresh herbs
How to cook
Divide the egg into white and yolk.
Add cottage cheese to the protein and knead well with a fork.
Pour in flour, salt. Knead the dough, divide it into 2 parts, forming a small boat out of each. Use a fork in the center.
Brush each boat with the remaining yolk and bake in the oven at 180 ° for about 10 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese and grated cheese, take out half-finished boats and put the filling in the center.
Send it back to bake in the oven for another 10 minutes, the cheese should melt.
Get the khachapuri, drive a small egg into each boat (you can take quail eggs), salt on top and put in the oven until fully cooked: the protein should grab, and the yolk should remain liquid.
Serve with your favorite spices or fresh herbs on top. Bon appetit😉
