These are the very first pies that I tried to bake. The recipe turned out to be so simple and successful that it forever settled in my cookbook. And due to the fact that there are no eggs and flour in the recipe, I spoil my family with these pies even during fasting. Any filling is suitable!!! It takes practically no time to rise the dough! Kneaded - immediately sculpt! Grow up in a frying pan. Not very successful a couple of times due to bad flour - they were harsh.
Ingredients
- 6 cups flour (glass 250 gr)
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 tbsp or a bag (10-11 g) of dry yeast
- 0.5 shots of sunflower oil
How to cook
Pour warm water into a cup, add salt and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add vegetable oil here and mix again.
Sift 6 cups of flour into a deep cup, add yeast and mix. Now we make a depression and pour our mixture.
First, knead the dough with a spoon, then with your hands. Usually this amount of flour is sufficient, but a little more may be required.
We can immediately start sculpting pies. I have apple jam as a filling. I did it earlier with potatoes and liver, and with boiled peas, in summer with strawberries and cherries.
But with fresh berries, the pies quickly begin to "flow", stick to the table, and the juice burns in the pan, so you need to quickly sculpt and start frying in parallel.
