- 400-500 grams fresh cabbage

- 3 pieces of chicken eggs
- 100 ml. milk
- 60-70 grams cheese
- to taste salt, pepper, favorite spices and herbs
Steps
We prepare the filling, for this we grind the mushrooms and cabbage.
And simmer in a pan without oil over low heat until all excess liquid has evaporated from the mushrooms and cabbage.
Let's not forget about salt.
In the meantime, we will prepare an egg filling from eggs and milk.
Grate the cheese.
I used mozzarella cheese, but any will do, or you can cook without it at all, as you like.
Cool the finished filling and spread it evenly on a spread sheet of pita bread.
Cover with a second sheet and gently roll into a roll.
You can make two rolls of two sheets.
Cut the finished roll and put it in a heat-resistant form.
From above, fill it with an egg mixture so that each piece is soaked in it and spread a little cheese.
