And with potatoes, and as a filling for pies and pizza, and on a festive table. The cucumbers in this salad are very crispy, which is popular with both adults and children. The salad will go as an appetizer. And most importantly - it's easy to prepare!
Ingredients
- 2 kg Cucumbers
- 0.3 kg Onions
- 20 g Dill
- 12 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1.5 tbsp Salt
- 7 tbsp Vinegar 6%
Cooking steps
Wash the cucumbers, dry, cut into slices about 1-1 thick. 5 mm.
If the cucumbers are large, first cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half across to form halves of circles. We put it in a container of a suitable size.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, finely chop the dill. Add both the onion and the dill to the chopped cucumbers.
Pour salt and sugar there, add vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix everything and refrigerate for a day.
After a day, lay out in sterilized jars and sterilize for 15 minutes in a water bath (for liter jars) Roll up.
