We combine simple products and get an incredibly tasty cabbage roll. A very interesting recipe! Try it for your health, cook with pleasure!
Ingredients
- 1 pc cabbage
- 500 gr minced meat
- 1 pc onion
- 100 gr boiled rice
- tomato
- to taste salt, black pepper
- egg for lubrication
Steps
Only rice was boiled in advance, until semi-cooked. Cut out the cabbage stalk and lightly boil the cabbage in boiling water (you can warm it up in the microwave). Separate the cabbage leaves and spread them over the parchment (overlap).
For the filling, combine minced meat, rice, salt and pepper. We distribute 1/2 of the filling over the cabbage leaves. Tucking up the edges, wrap a tight roll. I got two identical cabbage rolls.
Put the rolls in a baking sheet on a bed of onions. Add tomatoes (cut into cubes) between them and put them in the oven for 30-40 minutes. The first 20 minutes under foil. The temperature is 200 degrees.
10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, take out and grease the rolls with an egg.
