Greetings to all those who are slimming and watch their diet!
Who's talking about what, and I'm again about the best way to control your diet, not overeat and keep your weight is normal and, of course, if necessary, to slim down tasty, satisfying, comfortable - about counting calories!
It seems to me that today there should be another motivating article for those who do not take the first step and are still thinking what to choose: a starvation diet or a small calorie deficit.
After all, today is a joint check weighing with readers, when we share our successes and support those who are still failing.

- you can eat everything within your daily calorie intake,
- no forbidden foods,
- minimum deficit - the minimum chance of failures,
- gradually getting used to the new dietary regime, correct eating habits are developed,
- and most importantly: a balanced diet is a healthy diet!

For breakfast, two eggs, fried in 2 g of vegetable oil and homemade whole grain bread (40 g) with 15 g of cottage cheese and 40 g of fish paste and some lettuce leaves.
Breakfast for 465 kcal.
In a reminder of recipes, today I will leave meat nests with fillings and carrot muffins:
During a break from work, I had a snack with fruits: kiwi (130 g) and 2 tangerines (140 g). In addition to fruits, I weighed myself a portion of nuts (30 g) for the whole day.
It all worked out on 300 kcal.
For lunch, I warmed up lentil-tomato soup (450 g), to which I added 40 g of homemade bread - 385 kcal.

For dinner I warmed up a chicken drumstick, which I baked yesterday in a tomato-mustard-soy marinade (115 g boneless meat), 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 130 g of "mother-in-law's tongue" zucchini.
Dinner went out on 470 kcal.
The result of the day is 1620 kcal. B - 100, F - 71, U - 145.
