Ingredients
- - 600 grams; Low-fat minced meat
- - 500 grams; any vegetables (I have a frozen mixture)
- - 5 items; eggs
- - 100-150 ml.; milk
- to taste salt, pepper, favorite spices
Steps
Preparing the egg filling in order to reduce the calorie content of the dish, I used only 2 yolks out of 5 eggs.
Add salt, milk and whisk.
At this point, you can already put the oven on preheat.
Add salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix well and sculpt medium-sized meatballs from the minced meat. Let me remind you that this is homemade minced meat and I added onions and garlic to it in advance.
Put the defrosted vegetables in any heat-resistant form. Add your favorite seasonings to taste.
Next, lay out the meatballs.
Fill everything with egg mass and put it in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Ten minutes before the end of cooking, you can sprinkle the casserole with a small amount of grated cheese, I had literally 5-10 grams of it left. But you don't have to.
Here is such a delicious, beautiful and healthy casserole.
