This cake in Norway is called the most delicious in the world, it is prepared on special occasions. It is sold in sachets in a ready-made mixture, of course, you cannot buy that from us. It is eaten instantly, I advise everyone!

Ingredients

  • For a biscuit:
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 4 yolks
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 100 gr flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • For the meringue:
  • 4 squirrels
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 gr ground almonds (I took almond petals)
  • a pinch of salt
  • a few crystals of citric acid
  • For the cream:
  • 300 gr. cream for cream
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 drops of almond flavor

Steps

First, beat all the ingredients for the biscuit into a homogeneous mass. We start with butter and sugar, then add milk and yolks, and finally flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mass in a thin layer ..

Beat whites, sugar, a pinch of salt and citric acid until you get a thick, thick meringue..

Spread the meringue over the biscuit layer and sprinkle generously with almonds. We put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

The meringue rises and grows in size. Let our cake cool a little, but for now, beat the cream.

Whisk the cream with sugar and almond flavor.

Cut the biscuit into four equal parts, the biscuit turned out to be very tender, so I used a wide spatula.
