  • 600 g Minced chicken
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • to taste Salt, pepper
  • For filling:
  • 2 pcs Boiled egg
  • 100 g Hard cheese
  • 50 g Butter
  • to taste Greens
  • for breading:
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Water or milk
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Salt

Steps

Add egg, onion, garlic, bread crumbs to the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, mix.

Mix grated cheese, grated eggs, herbs, butter, salt.

Make small cutlets from the filling and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

For breading, mix eggs, water, salt.

Make a flat cake with minced meat, stuffing inside, roll the cutlet in flour, then in an egg and then in bread crumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Send to a preheated oven 180 C for 15 minutes.
