These pies are made from yeast dough. They are soft, and the next day.
And the pies out such rosy, hearty and delicious - a pleasure!
Ingredients for the dough:
300 ml water
550 gr. flour (or more, how many will take the dough)
1 package dry yeast
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 h. l. salt
3-4 tablespoons. l. vegetable oil
For filling:
1 kg potato
2 onions
1 h. l. salt
50 oz. butter
Preparation:
1. Sift 500g. flour. Mixed with salt, sugar and yeast. Pour into flour parts warm water. Start kneading the dough. Pour the vegetable oil.
If a little flour to pour another handful - as much as you need to get a soft and elastic dough. Leave approach.
2. Wash potatoes, peel and boil in salted water.
3. Drain all fluid from potatoes and stretch it into a mash with the addition of 1-2 tbsp. l. butter.
4. Onions cut into cubes and fry until golden brown.
5. Mix the mashed potatoes and fried onions with the oil in which it is roasted. Salt filling.
6. Obmyat coming up the dough, divided into balls.
7. Each ball of dough roll it out into a pancake.
8. On tortillas spread 1 tbsp. l. potato filling.
9. Seal the edges of cakes of the dough and pinch. Take the form of cakes.
10. Baking tray lay a baking paper.
11. Transfer the patties on a baking sheet. Lubricate the product with salt water, milk or beaten egg whites.
12. Bake pastry at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
