Ingredients
- 120g White cabbage
- 120 g cauliflower
- 1 small onion
- 75-100 g chicken fillet
- 150 g cream 10%
- 150 g milk
- to taste Salt, pepper
Steps
Chop at random and cook either steamed or boiled in a little water.
Beat everything in the puree with a blender.
Pour cream and milk into a saucepan, put chopped vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Boil. Serve with herbs, sour cream or butter.
