National Turkish cuisine is rich and varied. Gozleme is a very simple dish, but loved by the Turks, the ingredients are the most common, and the dish is hearty and tasty.

- 320 grams of flour
- 200 ml of water
- 0.5 h l. dry yeast
- 0.5 h l. Sahara
- 0.5 tsp salt
- Types of fillings:
- Cottage cheese and green onions (or any greens), salt
- Spinach, salt
- Boiled eggs, green onions, salt
- Ramson, eggs, salt
- Cottage cheese, spinach, green onions, parsley, 1 onion
Steps
At the very beginning, we revive the yeast: add sugar, yeast and a heaped tablespoon of flour to 200 ml of water. We mix. We leave to stand for a few minutes.
We measure out 320 g of flour, mix it with 0.5 tsp. salt. We pour in the yeast talker. And knead the dough. Knead until smooth and pleasant.
Lubricate the container with sunflower oil, cover with cling film. And we forget for at least an hour.
When the dough has come up, you can proceed and start making gözleme.
Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into equal pieces and roll out the cakes thinly thinly. Inside the filling according to your taste, pinch the ends.
Fry in a pan without oil on both sides. When the guezleme is ready, grease with butter and put on top of each other to stay hot.
