Ingredients
- 3 pcs Boiled potatoes
- 2 pcs Smoked chicken legs
- 1 pc Cucumber
- 2 pcs Boiled carrots
- 4 pcs Boiled eggs
- 200 gr Cheese
- Green onions
- Lettuce leaves
- Mayonnaise
Steps
Puff salad is prepared as easy as shelling pears:
I put lettuce leaves on a plate (I have some kind of lettuce leaf, I just liked it in appearance)
I put a ring on them, I have a ring diameter of 22 cm.
And then there are layers:
- Grated potatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Finely chopped smoked chicken (I had two small legs)
- Diced cucumber
- Grated carrots
- Mayonnaise
- Green onions
- Eggs grated on a fine grater
- Mayonnaise
- Grated cheese (I have Edam)
The salad must be soaked! I cook in advance, tomorrow it will be very delicious!))
