As a child, my grandmother fed the simplest food, but it still tastes the best. - Go and eat pasta! And with what? With this! Granny answered (there was no meat and sausage, everything was more than modest).
Ingredients
- 1 pack of pasta (any of the hard varieties, I have beryl)
- 2 large carrots, coarse grated
- 1 large onion
- 150 g of loin or whatever is (grandma just added lard sometimes), but you can not put it
- 50 g butter and a little vegetable for frying
- to taste Salt and spices
Steps
Boil the pasta, drain. Make a dressing of grated carrots, diced onions in a frying pan with oil.
If you add loin or bacon, then first in a hot frying pan (ideally on a cast iron), lightly fry the cut into thin cubes, and only then put the carrots and onions. Simmer with salt and spices to taste under the lid until soft.
Then add our pasta to the finished frying and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. And that's it! Simple and delicious as in childhood.
