At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.
Today my breakfast consisted of two rye loaf with fish paste (30 g) and squash caviar (40 g). And cottage cheese and apple strudel (160 g) to the green tea. I have breakfast at 370 kcal.
In the near future will often squash caviar flashed in my menu. They treated their home, and even apart from her family gave us goodies. We will be there, and then place in the refrigerator sorely lacking.
Zodiac sign, I fish and a lifetime love water swim. I can spend hours in the water. Previously often I went to the pool, when I lived in another city and I was close and convenient to get to him. But Moscow was not around the pool, and the prices are still biting on a visit, not much to find.
And today, I realized that I have 3 months of free swimming pools in 15 minutes by bike! Just need to find a convenient time so that the water was warm and not burn in the sun. Well and redistribute working hours, so that you can pull in an hour and a half for a swim.
So now do not be lazy and only one of the most useful sports is waiting for me in good weather!
Today I had time to go for a swim, although it took me to all the two and a half hours, but for me it's too much during the week, I will adapt to cut up to one and a half hours.

Cheese soup made yesterday, to get rid of cooking dinner.
For lunch I had a plate of cheese soup with chicken breast (400 g) - 350 kcal.
For dinner was a light salad with egg, cucumber and greens, seasoned with sour cream 10% - 220 kcal.
Total for the day I got 1200 kcal. Water is drunk with enthusiasm.
It has long been something I did not remind you about skin care.
