Ingredients
- 450 gr puff without yeast dough
- 400 ml cream 33%
- 200 gr condensed milk
Steps
The dough does not need to be rolled out, but only defrost and cut into long strips 1-1.5 cm wide. Bake at 220 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
For the cream, whip the cream and add condensed milk in a thin stream.
Line a rectangular or square shape with cling film. Grease the bottom with cream.
Put one layer of cooled sticks, grease on top with cream, the next layer of sticks, then cream, etc. Leave 3 tbsp. cream and 2-3 sticks for decoration. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Remove the cake from the mold, transfer to a serving dish (it can be lined with pieces of parchment so as not to get dirty). Grease the cake with cream and sprinkle with chopsticks on top. The cake is ready - invite everyone to tea!
To neatly cut the cake into portions, freeze it and slice it with a serrated bread knife.
