Delicious salad on the New Year's table

This salad is never enough! Hello everyone! Today I will cook a delicious, tender, hearty holiday puff salad with chicken and pickled mushrooms. I hope you will appreciate it and it will become a decoration for your festive table.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken meat -
  • 300 gr Pickled champignons -
  • 5 pcs Eggs -
  • 250 g Potatoes -
  • 1 bunch Green onions -
  • 20-30 gr Hard cheese -
  • to taste Salt -
  • 100 g (or to taste) Mayonnaise -
  • 1/3 bunch of dill -
  • Viburnum berries - for decoration

Steps

300 gr. I will cut the boiled chicken meat into small cubes, I use the drumsticks and thighs (can be replaced with chicken breast).
250 gr. boiled potatoes soda on a fine grater.
You will need 5 boiled eggs. I divide the eggs into yolks and whites. On a fine grater, rub separately the yolks and whites.
Finely chop a bunch of green onions.
300 gr. cut the pickled mushrooms into small cubes.

I will collect the salad in a split ring. I spread the potatoes in the first layer, level and compact. You can salt to taste. I make a mesh of mayonnaise.


I spread the green onions with the second layer, level them.
I put sliced ​​mushrooms in the third layer. Top mesh of mayonnaise.
I spread the yolks in the fourth layer.

I put chicken meat in the fifth layer, level and compact. Next, a mesh of mayonnaise and spread the proteins in the last layer. I compact the salad with a spatula and send it to the refrigerator to soak for 1-2 hours.

With a thin knife I walk along the edge of the salad and remove the ring. Decorate with sprigs of dill and viburnum. The salad can be left in this form, or you can grease the sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese, as you like. This should be done before decorating the salad, in order to show both options, I sprinkle cheese on the decorated salad. The salad is well cut into portions and does not crumble.
