Green-milk protein coteail from buckwheat sprouts. Digestible protein!

Admin

This sprouted buckwheat cocktail is very healthy because buckwheat (live green, not roasted brown) is rich in protein, which even replaces meat for many vegetarians. They say that they live quietly for years on such protein shakes and do not suffer from protein deficiency. You can eat buckwheat sprouts anyway, but in liquid form, useful substances are absorbed even faster in the intestines and enter the bloodstream, giving a feeling of satiety! Making such a cocktail is not difficult.

Ingredients:

1. Green buckwheat (half a glass)

2. Parsley (bunch)

3. Black peppercorns (2-3 pcs)

4. Water (2 glasses)

Preparation

We germinate buckwheat. We take green buckwheat, fill it with water overnight, drain it in the morning, rinse it with water, drain it, leave it wet for two days (periodically washing it with fresh cool water). On the third day, when the seedlings appear, you can already make a cocktail. Before cooking, rinse the buckwheat and wash the parsley for the final time. We place the sprouted buckwheat in a blender container, add parsley, pepper and water at room temperature. Beat for about 20 seconds, filter through a strainer into a jar or glasses. Have a nice day!
