This salad is good because it contains many useful trace elements and vitamins (pumpkin contains beauty vitamins A and E, and persimmon contains iodine, which is necessary for the thyroid gland).
Pumpkin is rich in fiber, which is so necessary for our digestive tract (since it helps it cope with its main task - assimilation and timely elimination).
But usually all the pumpkin is boiled and the fiber becomes inactive, and we suggest eating the pumpkin "live" and "healthy". to make it tastier, add persimmon and honey to it.
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin (piece 5x5 cm)
2. Persimmon (1 piece)
3. Honey (1 tbsp. the spoon)
4. Turmeric (pinch)
Preparation
We washed, peeled the pumpkin and persimmon (prepared for cooking salad).
Then they grated the pumpkin (on a small one it will be tastier).
Cut the persimmon into smaller pieces, put it on the grated pumpkin.
We poured everything with liquid honey, added turmeric, mixed and the "pumpkin-persimmon" salad is ready to "please our digestive tract"!
