This jelly is made from oats, it is semi-raw (50x50). Its plus is that it is cooked without starch and can be eaten hot, unlike most raw food dishes.

Ingredients:

1. Oatmeal (1 glass)

2. Blueberries (handful)

3. Honey (1 tablespoon)

4. Water (2 glasses)

5. Kiwi (1 pc)

(other berries and fruits can be used)

Preparation

Oatmeal is taken, poured into a jar, filled with cold water, left to swell for 1 hour. then it is poured into the blender container, warm water is added.

Next, the oatmeal is interrupted with water for about 1 minute and filtered (we need the resulting oat milk).

Oat milk is poured into a small ladle and cooked for 4-5 minutes over high heat (stirring intensively). As soon as the jelly has thickened, it turns off and is allowed to cool down.

Next, honey is put into the jelly, chopped kiwi and your favorite berries are added. Bon appetit, friends!

(Our ancestors, of course, did not use a blender, but left oats in water to swell overnight and squeeze through cheesecloth. It turned out no worse and even a little better. If you do not put it in the refrigerator, then the oatmeal jelly acquired a pleasant sourness).
