This porridge based on curdled milk is almost like from the famous "Prostokvashino", but it is not from there at all, but from "a vegan named Camel" (of course, this is humor).
In general, the meaning is that the porridge is on our sour milk, which means it will be useful for "growing" the symbiotic intestinal microflora. Making healthy porridge.
Ingredients:
1. Sour milk (1 glass)
2. Mango (1 piece) you can use a banana
3. Plum (3 pcs) can be replaced with prunes
4. Raisins (handful)
5. Flax seed (2 tbsp. spoons)
Preparation
In order not to waste precious time in the morning, as always, in the evening we prepared products for preparing breakfast. Soaked raisins and flax separately in water overnight, put milk on curdled milk, washed mango and plum (you can use other fruits, delicious with banana).
In the morning, we washed the raisins again, poured them into the blender container, followed by flax, peeled the fruit, put the pulp to the raisins and poured curdled milk (it is desirable that the curdled milk was one day, because only it gives a detox effect, and the other vice versa strengthens).
Then they re-blended everything until smooth (about a minute), put it in a cup, decorated with fruits and bon appetit!
