Often in the body, due to an excess of fried and boiled food, an excess of mucus accumulates and it must be evacuated periodically.
Often the body gets rid of mucus through the nose in the form of a runny nose (although many, without knowing it, often suppress the removal of this pathogenic mucus from the body with all sorts of nasal drops).
If the "nose-vacuum cleaner" cannot cope by itself, then he (= himself) can be helped with a similar drink. It is easy to do and easy to drink.
Ingredients:
1. Lemon (half)
2. Acacia honey (1 tbsp. the spoon)
3. Water (1 glass)
4. Fenugreek (half a teaspoon)
Preparation
In the evening we soak the fenugreek (helba) in water, in the morning we put it in a glass, add the peeled half of the lemon, honey and warm water.
We twist it for about a minute, filter it through a strainer and the slime-splitting lemonade is ready to use (+ you can still make a similar "slime-splitter" drink with ginger root)
