Fever sets in, appetite decreases and you can switch to lighter food than in winter. Salads, cold soups, vegetables and fruits go well. They will improve "everything in its path" and add health to us.

And now there is such food that he rubbed his tongue over the palate and swallowed it (and this creates a lot of problems), but you have to chew and train your gums, improve blood circulation in them, then there will be healthy teeth and the entire digestive system will tell us: "Thank you!".

The more chewing movements we make, the more often the intestines contract. And when intestinal peristalsis is in order, then digestion and timely evacuation of food waste will work like a watch, and this is a guarantee of health (because there will be cleanliness inside!). All. Making a crispy salad!

Ingredients:

1. Sauerkraut - half liter jar

2. Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece

3. Greens - a bunch

4. Garlic -1-2 cloves

5. Lemon - third

6. Ground Zira - a pinch

7. Dill seeds - pinch

Preparation

We wash my pepper, cut it into pieces and put it on a plate together with sauerkraut, add spices to taste (dill seeds, cumin, caraway seeds, ground pepper, mustard, ginger are well suited)...

Then we take my greens, finely chop (dill, cilantro, green onions ...), crush the garlic with a garlic press. Sprinkle with lemon juice and the salad is ready. You can start to grump! Bon appetite, lads! ;)

(If the cabbage is fermented "with love", then the salad will be what you need! And by the way, cabbage juice breaks down harmful fats!)
