In order to get the recognition of friends, it is not necessary to fry for hours in the sun to become like a grilled chicken (after all, the tan will quickly wash off, and the skin will dry out and age quickly).
There is an option to spend much less time in the sun, and get a tan brighter and much longer. You can generally sunbathe only in diffused ultraviolet light (under clouds or under an umbrella) and at sea, but in your country house or in your garden!
All you need to do is (stop using sunscreen!) And add fresh carrots to your diet (boiled carrots don't work). Start crunching it, grating carrot salads on a grater, drinking cocktails and "getting a beautiful tan".. (carrots will improve skin pigmentation.)

Ingredients:
1. Carrots - 1-2 pieces
2. Carob - 1 tbsp. the spoon
3. Turmeric - pinch
4. Water - 1 glass
5. Honey -1 tsp the spoon
Preparation
We "dug" juicy fresh carrots, peeled, washed, cut into pieces (10 pieces), placed in a blender container, added turmeric, carob, honey, poured warm water.
We grinded the whole thing on a blender for about 1.5 minutes. Strain through a strainer with large holes and the reddish-brown carrot cocktail is ready.
He drinks before sunbathing (it is better to "communicate" with the sun in the morning and evening hours, when it is not so active "fries and exhausts".
