Ingredients:
1. Raspberries - 2 tablespoons of berries

Preparation
We take the berries, immerse them in a blender container (you can knead well without a blender, the main thing is that they give juice), fill with hot water (as far as the blender bowl "tolerates", but not boiling water). The fact is that warm and hot things enter the blood faster than cold ones (cooled ones also make spasms).
If necessary, you can sweeten a little, otherwise it will be too kilo, but liquids work more efficiently, of course, without sweeteners (and it is useful to drink an acidic drink before meals, it promotes the production of salt acid).
