Summer, sun, heat. It's time to drink blood-thinning drinks!
Almost all modern food products thicken the blood, so we periodically make our own drinks. Today we make a drink with barberry.
Ingredients:
1. Lemon - 1 wedge
2. Barberry - 1 teaspoon (can be dried)
3. Ginger powder - 1/3 teaspoon
4. Water - 1 glass
5. Honey - 1 tsp spoon (more useful without)
Preparation
We take a lemon, wash it, cut off a slice, throw it into the blender container along with the zest, add ginger powder, add barberry and warm water (if necessary, then a little honey). If we use dried barberry berries, then you can soak them overnight in cold water.
We twist everything for about 1.5 minutes, pour into a glass, let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Then we filter through a strainer and the sour drink is ready.
(This pink drink is drunk in the afternoon after a warm, "live" breakfast). Have a nice summer day! (there are contraindications).
