Ingredients:
1. Ripe figs - 3 pieces
2. Raspberries - a handful

Preparation
We take the figs, wash them, cut them into pieces, put them in a blender container, add raspberries, flax and raisins (pre-soaked for an hour in warm water), add pepper, pour warm water.
We twist it for about 1-1.5 minutes, put it in a cup and eat it in the morning after a glass of warm water (even better 2-3 glasses, as the Japanese centenarians do).
It works well if you use such a raspberry-fig "scrub" (while the fig season is on) every other day for 10 days, taking a week break. Youth, beautiful skin and good mood are guaranteed! :)
