Soviet shops burgers for 11 cents

Ingredients:

200 gr. pork meat with fat
400 gr. beef
120-150 gr. crackers (no bread)
1 head of onions
salt
pepper
1-1.5 cup cold water
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Meat mince. Add salt and season with pepper. An important point: the stuffing should be well to repel directly on the table. Hit about 25-50 times.

2. Onions, peel and cut into very fine, almost translucent cubes.

3. Now crackers. We'll have to cook them yourself. To do this, black rye bread slice and dry hands then crumble, mince or crush with a rolling pin or mallet.
Crackers should not be large or small. Leave part of crackers for breading.

4. Crackers with onion add minced meat and knead well. Soak the breadcrumbs do not need to fill a need in the dry!

The result will be minced with a fairly thick consistency, so pour very cold water.

5. Add water in small portions, and interfere with the stuffing continuously. Consistency should get a soft, homogeneous, but not liquid!
Important! No need to get in the way too long to not stuffing beat out of oil, and do not pour a lot of water.

6. Remove the finished cutlet stuffing in the refrigerator 40 minutes minutes. Then form patties and breaded in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil on each side for 3-5 minutes.

7. Then shift on baking (on edge as said aunt), add a little water and put in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients:

500 gr. beef
330 gr. bread (Gray or Arctic cod)
2 onions
egg
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Bread soaked in boiling water, then squeeze and stretch.

2. Meat mince together with onion.
3. Mix the bread, beef, egg. Add salt and season with black pepper.

4. To repel or minced knead well. Remove in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
5. Form of minced meat patties, roll in breadcrumbs.

6. School burgers never roasted, they are baked right on the large, deep baking 10-20 minutes in the oven.

But if you want, they can and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side.
