Delicious, easy-to-prepare puff pastry pie with cheese, cottage cheese and vegetables. I love it for its excellent taste, aroma and quick cooking.
You can take such a cake with you to work, it is also very tasty when cold!
For cooking you will need:
200 gr. curd
50 ml. sour cream.
250 gr. puff pastry.
50 gr. cheese.
50 gr. Bell pepper.
2 medium tomatoes -150 gr.
2 chicken eggs.
Greens are a small bunch.
To taste - dried salt, pepper and garlic.
Sesame seeds - for sprinkling.

Step-by-step recipe for making a cake:
1. Defrost the puff pastry. I took yeast-free.
2. Transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl, add the eggs. Mix well until smooth.
The note: cottage cheese of any fat content is suitable.
Advice: if you are using grainy curd, it is better to interrupt it with a blender. I did so.

3. Add salt, pepper, dried garlic, diced tomatoes, herbs, grated cheese, sour cream to taste and mix well.
4. Let's do the test: put it on a floured table, sprinkle it with flour on top and roll it out a little more than the size of the mold.
I took the shape with a heart, it is 27 cm in diameter, 3.5 cm high.
5. We shift the dough into a mold and form a side.
6. Put the filling on the dough and distribute it evenly.
7. Cut the bell pepper into cubes and distribute over the filling.
8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Advice: can be sprinkled with flax seeds, it will be more beautiful. I sprinkled :)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let the cake cool a little and take it out of the mold, serve it to the table. The cake comes out very easily.
