# quickly Kupaty is a semi-finished product in the form of sausages, consisting of minced meat containing a large amount of spices. The easiest way to cook these sausages is to fry them in a pan. Kupaty is perfect as a hearty lunch or dinner. Also, such a dish can help out in case of an unexpected visit of guests: everyone will like a quick and tasty snack!
Ingredients: kupata, cold water, odorless sunflower oil, potatoes, onions, butter, salt
Cooking method:
Rinse the sausages with cool water, then dry them with paper towels or napkins. If you have frozen kupaty, then they must first be defrosted.
Prepare a skillet with a thick bottom and high sides. Add cold water to the bowl and arrange the sausages. It will take so much liquid to drown the kupat by half.
Place a skillet over high heat, bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook the sausages, periodically turning them over, until the liquid evaporates completely.
As soon as the liquid has boiled away, add 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the pan and fry the kupat for 8-10 minutes, making sure that they do not burn or stick to the bottom of the dish. The sausage casing can be pierced with a toothpick in several places so that the kupaty does not burst during frying. (I still have one burst!) Put the finished sausages on a plate.
The oil left over from the sausages can be used for frying potatoes. Add a piece of butter to the skillet, heat and fry the potatoes and onions just the way you like. When the potatoes are ready, put the kupata on top, cover with a lid and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Serve kupata with fried potatoes and fresh, salted or pickled vegetables.
Bon Appetit! Delight yourself and your loved ones with delicious dishes!
