All the products that make up this breakfast are aimed at "self-flowing", not clogging.
Indeed, for the majority, breakfast, as a rule, is tea / coffee with flour products (cookies, waffles, cakes, cakes ...) after eating which they want to go to bed again.
And we will have a healthy breakfast with fiber, which does not give a sharp jump in sugar in the body, as with fast carbohydrates, and slow (good) carbohydrates and energy for the whole day and we will bypass the "sleepy" competitors!
Ingredients:
1. Flaxseed - 1/3 cup (water soluble fiber, Omega 3 fatty acids)
2. Bran - half a cup (coarse fiber)
3. Apples - 2 pcs (cleanse well and give vitamin C)
4. Dates - 3-5 pcs (or 1 tablespoon honey, as a natural sweetener)
5. Water - 1 glass (activator)
Preparation
In the evening, flax and bran were poured with water, and put into the refrigerator. In the morning we washed the apples and dates, cleaned them of all that was superfluous, put everything together in a blender container, and added warm water.
We switched on the device for 1.5-2 minutes and a healthy, lush flax-apple-bran breakfast is ready! Tasty, satisfying and healthy, what went into your mouth!
