Today I have a beef in onion sauce. Preparing this dish is a snap! Plus it is also diet - I do not add any fat! Such beef can be cooked in a pan with a thick bottom. But today I will use multivarka - so much easier.
Onions cut into half rings and stacked on the bottom of the bowl Multivarki. Luke must be many - a layer of about 2-2.5 cm. Per kilogram of beef I take 6-7 bulbs, no less!
The meat is cut into small slices. Something like these.
I stack on top of the onions. Initially, a first layer. A bit of salt and pepper, then a second layer, etc. I install the cup in multivarku and enables "Extinguishing" at 1:00. An hour later, I open the lid and stir the meat. Luke is almost imperceptible - it has become a very tasty sauce. Add the bay leaf. And once again I put mode "Extinguishing" at 1:00. But the temperature was decreased to 85 degrees, so that the meat languished.
