One of the snack options is a pie with potatoes and mushrooms. Believe me, everyone can handle this recipe, even children.
We will prepare the dough based on eggs, mayonnaise and sour cream - this is an express method. Potatoes with mushrooms will bake perfectly during cooking. On your own, you can add other vegetables or herbs to the recipe, use different types of herbs and spices, for a brighter taste of the finished baked goods.
You can serve such a cake with different drinks. It will perfectly replace bread, for example, with soup it will turn out delicious and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Champignons - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat flour - 4-5 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Prepare a number of ingredients. You can immediately turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees. In the meantime, do the test.
Take a deep container or bowl, beat in the chicken eggs. Add sour cream and
mayonnaise - these products are taken with a higher percentage of fat.Using a whisk, combine all the ingredients with each other, do not beat, but simply mix.
Then add a portion of flour. Pour in baking powder. Add salt and pepper at your discretion.
The dough should be of medium thickness, not dripping off the whisk, but rather falling in small pieces.
Take any cake mold, oil it. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and overlap. Wash, dry, cut mushrooms into slices or plates. Add them to the container.
Pour the dough into the mold. Sprinkle with flax, sesame, poppy or chia seeds if desired.
Bake a pie with potatoes and mushrooms for 25 minutes - until golden brown.
