This easy-to-prepare, very juicy, tasty and healthy salad in our region is prepared in every family, especially in the vegetable season. This is just the perfect option for any meat - baked in the oven, boiled, grilled or grilled. At this time of the year, such a salad is served in almost all restaurants or cafes, it is incredibly popular. Often fresh garlic, basil or cilantro is added to it, and white onions are replaced with green ones. There are also options with sheep cheese, which gives the dish an extraordinary taste. Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

White onions - 0.5 pcs.

Lettuce salad - 30 g

Parsley - a few twigs

Salt to taste

Olive oil - 3 tablespoons

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash vegetables, herbs and lettuce under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Peel and wash white sweet onions.

For this salad, it is best to start chopping vegetables, the flesh of which is denser. Cut the tail off the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, cut into small slices. Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, remove the cotton membranes. Next, cut it into thin slices. Place everything in a deep plate.
