The viburnum berry attracted us to itself! The viburnum time has come and we will certainly prepare this most curative berry.
We will make honey jam out of it, dry it, we will keep some of the berries cool (they are safely stored outside the freezer), and grind the bones into powder (as one wise 96-year-old grandmother suggested, a herbalist from Altai, it turns out that they even remove heart seizures).
Ingredients:
1. Viburnum berries - a third of a glass
2. Honey - 1 tablespoon (or 3 dates for sweetness)
3. Water - 1 glass
4. Lemon - 1 wedge
Preparation
We took a couple of bunches of viburnum berries, placed them in a blender container, added honey or the pulp of dates, a slice of lemon along with the zest, and poured warm water.
Crushed for about 2 minutes, filtered through a strainer and a viburnum drink with a pleasant bitterness is ready (it is drunk in a glass a day).
You can make a hot viburnum drink and viburnum berries can be well added to tea.
By the way, the bones can be prepared for future use separately and ground into powder. To do this, take the berries, rub them through a large sieve, pour the pulp with honey, and wash the seeds, dry them in a berry dryer, grind them into powder on a coffee grinder or using the same blender, pour it into a light and airtight container and use it when necessity.
