If it locked you up, it's not a problem at all! Make yourself, my friend, breakfast good for the intestines!
Personally, we periodically prepare for ourselves such a simple cleansing mixture with dried fruits and hay (cassia) and use instead the usual breakfast (we do this to ourselves, and we give you just as an idea of one of 1000 options for solving this common Problems).
Ingredients:
1. Flax seed - 2 tbsp spoon (sweeping fiber, lubricates with useful oils)
2. Prunes - 7 pcs (gives sweetness, improves intestinal peristalsis)
3. Dried apricots - 7 pcs (leaches, loosens)
4. Senna leaf - 1 tsp spoon (cleans deposits from the intestinal walls)
5. Mineral water - 1 half cup (cleans well)
Preparation
In the evening, pour boiling water over senna in a glass, cover with a lid, activate flax with cold water, leave it overnight, wash prunes and dried apricots with hot water.
In the morning, pour the senna infusion into the blender container, send flax there, add dried apricots, prunes (they can be slightly chopped with a knife beforehand), add half a glass of hot mineral water.
Grind in a blender for about 1.5 minutes. We put it in a cup and use it with tea instead of the usual breakfast (usually it works after 3-5-8 hours). We do this on weekends, for obvious reasons.
