If some kind of imbalance occurs in our digestive tract, then this immediately affects our well-being in general (these are headaches, and heartbeat, and mood and pressure jumps ...).
In order for the intestines to work properly, it must be fed with fiber, for example, autumn vegetables zucchini and pumpkin (they help him work properly, they even feed babies with zucchini puree).
Natural fiber found in squash and pumpkin (and other foods such as nuts, seeds, herbs, fruits and berries) stimulates our the intestines, forcing it to move, contract and push food, this contributes to its cleansing so that food does not stagnate, ferment and rotted.
Fiber supports the health of our gut. Let's make a simple pumpkin-zucchini salad ("Eat simply and you will live to be a hundred")
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin - a piece of 2x10 cm
2. Zucchini - half medium
3. Pumpkin seed oil - 2 tablespoons spoons (other unrefined)
4. Dried apricots - 6 pieces
5. Turmeric - pinch
Preparation
We take the pumpkin and zucchini, wash, peel, rub the zucchini and pumpkin on a fine grater, fill vegetable oil, add turmeric and soaked dried apricots (it is advisable to cut dried apricots into small pieces), mix.
We mix zucchini with pumpkin and get a very healthy salad. You can make 2 squash and pumpkin salads, or you can make 3 squash-pumpkin salads, pumpkin salad and salad and squash (taking more of these vegetables).
If you introduce a cup of such a salad into the diet a day, you notice an improvement in the functioning of the digestive system (timely elimination of waste products). A pleasant bonus - improving the condition of the skin - cleansing and rejuvenation (after all, the skin is the mirror of the intestines). And also, this is perhaps the most important thing - strengthening the immune system, because fiber promotes the growth of their relatives microorganisms (symbionts that provide our body with all vitamins, including the "essential" vitamin B12 and K2)
