Green buckwheat can serve as an excellent substitute for animal protein, as it contains the required set of amino acids (proteins are built from amino acids). Let's make milk from sprouted buckwheat.
Ingredients:
1. Green buckwheat - 2 tablespoons
2. Wheat greens - bunch (without)
3. Water - 1 glass
4. Honey - 1 tsp spoon (without)
Preparation
We take green buckwheat (brown is already fried and will not germinate), fill it with cold water, leave it overnight.
In the morning we drain the water and put the buckwheat in a cool place, maintaining its humidity (by the way, if you put it in the refrigerator, it will also sprout).
After a couple of days, buckwheat will germinate and you can make buckwheat milk from it, rinse buckwheat sprouts, immerse it in a blender container, add honey, fill in warm water and throw in wheat greens (if you have it there is).
Grind for about 1, 5 minutes, filter through a strainer and buckwheat milk is ready! This protein is easily absorbed by the body!
Have a great autumn day, dear friends! :)
