We make delicious oatmeal without going up to the stove. This porridge is good because it is biologically more active than its traditional boiled-cotton Herculean "cousins" and contains a daily rate of fiber, which we need so much for the formation of the correct microflora in the intestines and for the timely removal of waste products from the body.
Unloading the body is extremely important, because most of the time is spent only loading products into the "dump truck", which, in theory, should "dump", because the body is by nature a self-cleaning system. But only many do not take into account that products that are powerful for it should be immersed in it (natural food, sharpened under human "organizer"), and not artificial sugar, rotting "corpse" and other other difficult to remove flour mishmash.
Boiled oatmeal in milk with sugar will ferment in the intestines all day, poisoning the body and taking energy, and porridge cooked raw food will leave our "reservoir" 2 times faster and will do the work of the sorbent (that is, it will take part toxins)
In general, to be honest, porridge made from seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower, amaranth ...) is much healthier than cereals, cereals were created by nature for birds and hence the expression with a negative meaning "hot spots", cereals are sometimes angrier meat!
But at the transitional stage from "traditional" to adequate specific nutrition from time to time you want fast carbohydrates, it is better to eat oatmeal than fluffy margarine-yeast rolls! (as they say of two evils, choose the lesser and cook)
Ingredients:
1. Hercules - almost full glass
2. Bran - a third of a glass
3. Strawberries - a handful
4. Currant - 1 tsp a spoonful of berries (you can without)
5. Water - 1 glass
6. Dates - 5 pcs (or 1 tablespoon of honey)
Preparation
We take oatmeal (not instant, but ordinary) and bran, pour it into a deep cup, roll it hot water to rinse slightly, drain the water, fill with water at room temperature, leave for 30 minutes swell.
Then again pour hot water or put it in a water bath or on a battery for 20 minutes (if you want hot porridge).
Then add coarsely chopped strawberries (and currants) honey or finely chopped dates to our porridge, mix.
You can grind the whole thing with a blender and you get an even more quickly digestible oatmeal porridge (from which oat milk will stand out). Both oatmeal cooking options are good.
Bon appetit, lovers of oatmeal breakfasts!
