A lot of problems arise from the stagnation of uric acid (it is very toxic and bacteria proliferate), so from time to time you have to "expel" it using folk methods. Stagnation of bile leads to even greater problems and at the same time we "drive" it.

In this, diuretic-choleretic herbs and berries (for example, rose hips) help us. Today we will make an infusion of wild rose and wild pear rich in vitamin C.

Ingredients:

1. Rosehip fruits - 10 pcs

2. Wild pear - 5 pcs (fresh or dried)

3. Water - 2 glasses

Preparation

In the evening we take rosehip berries (preferably fresher, this year, but dried). We crush them with a mortar (or scroll with a blender), add the wild pear (if fresh, then cut it into smaller slices).

Then we fill everything with hot water, cover with a lid and leave to infuse overnight.

In the morning we add to hot tea and drink during the day one hour before meals (or after). Have a nice day, friends!
