The strength of the immune system depends on the intake of fiber in the body! The fiber must be both water-soluble and water-insoluble.
Useful microorganisms in the intestines (symbionts) feed on fiber (undigested food debris), and they produce vitamins for us (poop in us with vitamins). They help to better and timely dispose of waste from the intestines and thereby strengthen our immunity (purity is the key to health).
Unlike putrefactive and fermentative bacteria, which acidify our body with their acidic waste, weakening our immunity (which lives in the intestines).
Therefore, we need to eat a certain amount of fiber every day (for example, 3-5 of these sweets)
Ingredients:
1. Wheat bran - 2 tablespoons (coarse fiber)
2. Flax seeds - 3 tablespoons (water-soluble and water-insoluble fiber)
3. Cocoa - 1 tsp spoon (good) or carob (for chocolate shade)
4. Peeled walnuts - 1 cup (base, healthy oils)
5. Honey - 1/3 cup (natural sweetener)
Preparation
We take the kernels of the nuts, put them in a blender container, add dry flax seeds, bran, cocoa powder. Grind into flour. Fill with honey (previously melted in a steam bath).
Mix thoroughly, put in a small bag, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours, it is better to soak. We take out the resulting dough, roll it into rounds, flatten it and get useful fiber sweets.
