"Fuck - everything's head!" Soviet immunologists spoke of horseradish root as the number 1 immune stimulant among all known roots.
We make an immunomodulatory horse for the winter and just for the coming days (without cooking and salt).
Ingredients:
1. Horseradish root - 1 medium root
2. Tomatoes - 5-7 pieces
3. Garlic - 2 teeth
4. Ground red pepper - pinch
(we make this half-liter jar for 3-5 days)
Preparation
We make a live shit like that. We dig out the horseradish root, wash it thoroughly (when we harvest many different roots, we wash them in the garden on the "Baby!" Typewriter).
Then we clean the roots of horseradish from the skin, cut it. Grind in a meat grinder, putting on a bag and wearing glasses! Tears so that "Mom, don't cry!" (but we understand the benefits of this procedure).
During the contact of horseradish vapors from the nasal mucosa, interferon is released (immunity goes up!) But all this must be done with caution so as not to get on the mucous membrane of the eye, etc.
We wash the tomatoes, remove all unnecessary, also pass through a meat grinder with garlic after horseradish. Add the pepper, mix and transfer to the anochka (under the lid and in the refrigerator).
This crap is not stored for a long time, because the tomatoes will ferment (our goal is simply to eat less salt, it retains water in the body, so we do this).
And so you can then add the tomatoes separately to the ground horseradish or make at once a large amount of a worthless snack with salt (good) for long-term storage.
And we make this crap without salt for only 3-5 lunches, adding it to salads, which are salted with Laminaria powder.
